The European Commission, DG III, has published an invitation to tender relating to the Fourcom project within the framework of the Interchange of Data between Administrations (IDA) programme.

The tender relates to the procurement of services for analysis, design, development, installation and support of a software application concerning regional aid information collection and dissemination, using graphical representation, in an Internet and/or client/server environment, in support of the competition policy sector. The application must be compatible and interoperable with the current and next European Commission (DG IV) platforms.

The contract should be completed within 18 months.
