PHARE: Transport supplies for Romania
A notice of invitation to tender is issued by the Government of Romania in the framework of the PHARE programme. Tenders are invited for the procurement in eight lots of equipment, spare parts, components and supplies for Romanian public transport operators (SNCFR, RATB & AND). The lots include spare parts for specific vehicle types including diesel electric and electric locomotives, a points and crossings machine, batteries, road monitoring test equipment for skid resistance, and road laboratory test equipment. Participation is open on equal terms to all natural and legal persons of the EEC and of Albania, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Romania. Supplies offered must originate in the above states.
