Adoption of specific RTD programme in measurement and testing (1990-1994)
The Council proceeded to the adoption of the specific programme of RTD development in the field of measurement and testing at its 1569th session (Research) on 29 April 1992. On this basis, the Council Decision will be formally established after preparation of the final text. The programme aims to achieve better harmonization of measuring, analytical and testing methods. The total budgetary appropriation estimated necessary for its implementation is ECU 47.52 million.
