PHARE: Dioxin/furane analysis laboratory, Germany
A notice of invitation to tender for a project financed by the Commission of the European Communities concerns the provision and improvement in one lot of the range of services of a reference laboratory to determine dioxins and furanes sited in the new German Laender (PHARE project No 90/058/030/001). The lot includes high performance mass spectrometer, quadrupole mass spectrometer, measuring equipment for total organic carbon and adsorbable organo-halogens. Present equipment, based on Hewlett-Packard products, is to be expanded with compatible machines. Data interconnections for the measuring equipment are also to be installed. Participation is open on equal terms to natural and legal persons of the EC Member States and of the countries eligible for the PHARE programme (Albania, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Romania.
