Website: Active Social Policies European Network
Recently, the Active Social Policies European Network (ASPEN) has launched an internet site on active social policies in Europe. 'Active social policies' include welfare-to-work, labour-market, workfare, activation and insertion policies and programmes. The site aims at functioning as an interactive database of publications, research projects and researchers in the area of active social policies in Europe. The site will also publish conference announcements, links, and contain a discussion forum. Researchers in the area are kindly requested to contribute to the site by sending us information on publications, ongoing research etcetera. Information can be sent to, and published on, the site in English, in your own language (if not English), or in both. Please visit the site for instructions on how to send us your information.
