European Centre for the Improvement of Living and Working conditions: Amendments to Regulations
An amended proposal for a Council Regulation "amending Regulation (EEC) No 1365/75 on the creation of a European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions" (COM(92) 96, submitted 27.3.1992) makes alterations to a Articles of the Regulation with reference to the composition of the Management Board and to the annual estimate of revenue and expenditure (to be sent to the Commission by 31 March each year), and to the annual general report (also to be submitted by 31 March). A further amended proposal for a Council Regulation "amending Regulation (EEC) No. 1417/76 on the financial provisions applying to the European Foundation for the improvement of Living and Working Conditions" (COM(92) 96) specifies a considerable number of alterations to the text of the Regulation intended to update the financial provisions governing the Centre, inter alia to ensure they approximate as closely as possible the provisions of the Financial Regulation of the general budget of the European Community as amended by Regulation 610/90 of 13.3.1990.
