#5 million for business incubation

According to the 2005 Budget Report, "Investing for our future: Fairness and opportunity for Britain's hard-working families", published on 16 March 2005, #5 million are forseen for business incubation.

In Budget '05, Gordon Brown announced:, ,"additional funding over 3 years to: , boost the capacity of the New Entrepreneur Scholarships beyond the existing funding levels over the next 3 years; and , provide long term support for business incubation, building on existing feasibility studies, which are currently funded through the Phoenix Fund and the Business Incubation Fund."
