PHARE: Laboratory for identification of hazardous waste
The Commission of the European Communities issues an invitation to tender on behalf of the Government of Czechoslovakia for the supply in 10 lots of the following analytical instruments, plus installation, service activities and training in their use, for an independent reference laboratory and information centre for hazardous waste: Gas chromatography with accessories; infra-red spectrometer with Fourier transformation; X-ray powder diffractometer; inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer; high performance liquid chromatograph; ion chromatograph; leaching procedure equipment; water purification system; energy dispersive x-ray fluorescence spectrometer and sample preparation equipment. Participation is open on equal terms to all natural and legal persons of the Member States of the European Community, or of Albania, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Romania. Supplies offered must originate in these States.
