The conference will be held in Riga, Latvia, from 6 to 9 April 1999.The aim of the conference is to present and discuss investment in the climate and energy sector of the Baltic Sea Region, with special emphasis on:- Industry presentations on investment potential;- Regulatory evolution and investment conditions;- Investment interests to investors, banks and IFIs.The event will include plenary and parallel sessions, an exhibition, and visits to power stations and storage centres.
