Start of the New Twinning Project led by Institut Pasteur de Tunis to strengthen its capabilities in the analysis and exploitation of omics data
The project includes IPT training, internships and expertise missions for the exchange of good practices, but also scientific dissemination actions. Since the association of Tunisia with the H2020 programme, the Pasteur Institute of Tunis is the first institution at the head of a consortium composed of prestigious European research centres.
It brings together internationally renowned partners in the field of analysis and exploitation of omics data, such as Institut Pasteur (France), Genomic Regulatory Center (Spain), Max Planck Institute and Robert Koch Institute (Germany).
The kick-off meeting was held from 5 to 7 November 2018, during which the partners discussed the implementation of the various actions planned under the project.
In addition, the day of November 5, 2018, was dedicated to conferences proposed by the partners in connection with the activities of the project.
