What is working with business angels? In this webinar you will hear about what the relationship between investors and entrepreneurs looks like and how to manage it. Moreover you will learn what investors expect from entrepreneurs during this relationship and what an investor provides (coaching, mentorship, ...) at the same time.

Speakers:
Fabrice Testa - Co-Chairman Luxembourg Space Tech Angels and chairman of EBAN Space
Fabrice Testa is a serial entrepreneur and a space geek who successfully founded, co-founded or participated in the launch of multiple tech startups which created hundreds of jobs and generated multi-millions in revenues. During his journey, he pitched a lot raising millions from angels, VCs and lenders.

Fabrice is also an angel investor, chairman of EBAN Space Executive Committee and Co-Chairman of the Luxembourg Space Tech Angels association. He sees a lot of pitches giving him a very special insight on how to excel in that matter. He holds a M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from University of Liege as well as several post-graduate degrees in Strategy & Innovation and Machine Learning from MIT and Venture Capital from Berkeley.

Lorenzo Scatena -
The Secretary General of the E. Amaldi Foundation, Director General of Research Consortium Hypatia and Managing Director of a Strategic Management Firm. He has over 10 years’ experience as investor, mentor and board member, having a background in finance for innovation, technology transfer and IP management in both private and public sector organisations. Lorenzo previously served as a lawyer and financial analyst and his expertise in the legal field spans from corporate finance to business contracts and administrative law.
