E-MAR Cote d'Azur : maritime e-work and e-commerce

E-MAR is a European network of maritime industry stakeholders funded by the European Commission. The scope of the network is to identify end-user needs and recommendations for future policy and research to facilitate SMEs transition to maritime e-business.

To support this process E-MAR holds a number of workshops around Europe to invite the local representatives of the maritime industry to discuss and give their views and recommendations to E-MAR.
The international conference and exhibition "E-MAR dealing with e-work and e-commerce in the Maritime World will be held in Nice - Sophia-Antipolis, France, on June 5th, 2003.
Many actors of the maritime and transport industry will come for this last edition of the E-MAR day in order to demonstrate that the use of e-work and e-commerce will help overcome international competition and sustain a high-level of success among the maritime industry.
Several workshops, exhibitions, round tables and case studies will help the participants to greatly simplify their current working methodologies and to maximize the profitability of their companies.
