The conference invites speakers, representatives, delegates from governments, industry, trade, business, banks, chambers of commerce and other industry, trade and financial institutions, universities and faculties, research centres and research institutes, financial institutes, entities and firms involved in New Working Environment, eBusiness, e-Banking / Tele-banking, eWork, eLearning, eHealth, eGovernment , eDemocracy, Wireless Internet Applications, On-Line Services, Applications of the Broad Band Communications, Virtual Institutes, support / systems /software suppliers, equipment providers, ISP, communication and data processing providers, e-Commerce and instruments suppliers, personnel involved in the standardization and legislative activities and anyone interested in e- Activities.
Conference Location,The conference will be held in Bucharest, the city that was mentioned in 1459 in the official papers of - Vlad Tepes Voievod (named also Dracula) and where Dracula was referred to as an efficient trade developer, a good commerce man and one interesting commercial rules analyst. Bucharest is at half distance between the Carpathians and the Black See, and it offers splendid sightseeing opportunities and climate. September is one of the most pleasant and beautiful month of the year in Bucharest.

Conference Proceedings:,The Conference Proceedings will include the accepted papers - maximum 7 pages (A4) per each paper. ,NOTE:,- The papers should be sent by e-mail and preferably accompanied by an attachment in which the authors agree with the publication of their papers in the Conference documents / brochures.,- All accepted papers and received in due time will be included in the preprints.
Conference Language ,The official language of the conference is English.
Registration fee,* Registration: Euro 200 ( free registration for students based on relevant documents / student card ). ,- Transport to Bucharest and accommodation are not included in the conference fee. ,- The fee (referring only to paid registration), includes participation at the all sections and scientific and social activities of the Conference, the bag with preprints and possibly annexes, refreshments and 4 Cocktails.
