UK Bioinformatics Sector Meeting

The event is for industry and academia interested in bioinformatics and developments in this area. Discussions will concentrate on the current state of the industry in the UK and how, through collaboration and research opportunities, future activities can be secured.
Speakers will include The Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC), an industrial representative and the European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI).
The morning event, followed by lunch, will provide the opportunity to network with researchers and industrial representatives as well as government officials and the UK research councils.
