Project management skills are fundamental to managers, administrators, scientists and engineers. The course is based on the international long-term experience of the trainer, Prof Dr Madauss. He delivers the theoretical background, management tools, specific skills and tells you how to cope with changes or problems that may occur once a project has started. All course topics are illustrated with successful international projects.
The aim of the course is to provide the knowledge, skills project managers, and project staff needs to know in order to run their projects efficiently. Participants will have the opportunity during the course to focus on their own projects.

Course Tutor,Prof Bernd Madauss, PhD, MBA,graduated in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration and got a PhD in International Management. His latest activity was the position of a Technical Business Manager at SES in Luxembourg (ASTRA Satellite Company). He still is Managing Director of the Project Management Team (PMT) in Germany.
Prof. Madauss has got over 30 years experience in international project management within Europe and the USA and worked for companies as MBB, DASA, ESA and SES. He also lec-tures at universities in Germany, Holland, France and the States and is well experienced in delivering training courses.
