CCform Consortium launches demonstration online complaint form and user guides
The form can be used for sales by any channel, and businesses can adapt it to fit their own needs. Other benefits to businesses include its low cost, ease of use, and increased consumer confidence.
The multilingual system is free for consumers, who will also have easy access to information on their rights and will be able to track the progress of their complaint online.
The consortium has also produced two user guides, one for businesses and one for consumers. These have been translated into all 11 EU languages. The CCform project is coordinated by FEDMA, the Federation of European Direct Marketing (http://www.fedma.org(opens in new window)). FEDMA represents the direct and interactive marketing industry in all its forms.
