Information and brockerage event on NEST PATHFINDER

This information and brockerage event will provide a short introduction to NEST-PATHFINDER initiatives with practical details regarding the possible submission of proposals. This will be followed by individual "break-out" sessions for each of the three PATHFINDER initiatives, e.g. Tackling complexity in science, Synthetic biology and What it means to be human.
The breakout sessions will commence by short presentation on the scope and objective of each initiative by the Commission. Participants will then have an opportunity to ask questions and to give brief (1-3 minutes) presentations on proposals under preparation or ideas that they may have. There will also be the opportunity to post informal posters.
Participants will have the opportunity to meet potential partners they may need to complete proposals that are in the process of preparation.
The event is a collaboration between the Commission NEST-Unit and the National Contact Points, in the context of the NEST-IDEA Specific Support Action.
