Delivering 'True' Incubation. An Introduction to Getting it Right.
This workshop, taking place on 22 March 2004, will guide newcomers to the incubation industry through the difficult early stages of incubator management, offering practical guidance and the opportunity to hear from experienced practitioners.
Some of the key areas to be covered in the workshop include:,- Understanding True incubation,- Developing & implementing an incubation strategy and business plan,- Creating an experienced management team,- Developing & delivering the right services to your tenant companies
The maximum number of delegates for this workshop will be 20 and sessions will be designed to encourage as much audience participation as possible, through debate and discussions.
Upon registering for the workshop, delegates will be asked to complete a form indicating their reasons for attending and what they aim to achieve from the day. This will help us to tailor the sessions to delegates needs.
