INDUSTRYLINK 2004 new technologies for the industry

The Pozna? Science and Technology Park of the Adam Mickiewicz University Foundation and the Polish NMP National Contact Point has the pleasure to invite you to their two-day event which will consist of an information day, brokerage event and workshops.

14 June 2004 - 15 June 2004
 
This event is an integral part of the INDUSTRYLINK European initiative (under FP6) whose aim is to help partners from new member states and candidate countries to participate in the FP6. The event will be attended by Polish and other European researchers representing industry and academia sectors interested in the FP6 cooperation. Therefore it will be an occasion to meet future partners and to exchange experience on a multinational level.
The information day and the brokerage event will take place on 14th June 2004 in Pavilion 14A, ground floor, during the 76th International Fair of the Industrial Technologies and Investment Goods on the Poznan International Fair, Poland. The same venue is foreseen for practical workshops planned for 15th June 2004.
The first part of the Info-Day will be dedicated to the presentation of the FP6 NMP Priority. Representatives of the European Commission will deal with the next NMP call rules, especially with intelligent manufacturing systems (IMS); actions for SME and JRC activities. In the second part ten 20-minute interventions of the FP5 and FP6 projects coordinators and representatives of the European institutions looking for a partner are foreseen. There will be also an occasion for the Polish, other new member states' and candidate countries' institutions to present their achievements in the industrial technologies field. In parallel pre-arranged meetings of the potential partners will take place.
The workshop will deal with practical problems related with NMP proposal writing.
Furthermore, a database of Polish and foreign institutions interested in the European Union framework programmes cooperation will be created. It will assist institutions in searching partners for their future projects.
