Co-organized by the Senate and Essec, Tremplin Entreprises strives to assist todays most innovative entrepreneurs in funding their projects, showcasing those receiving the highest ratings from an committee of capital investment and start-up professionals. In 2004, 30 laureates, chosen from an anticipated 400 plus candidates, will have the opportunity to present their business proposals or existing start-up projects to the national and international financial community.
The top three winners, one project from each category, will additionally receive a Grand Prize of 15,000 Euros. The prize money will be endowed by Inria-Transfert for the category Information and Communication Technology, Inserm Transfert for the category Life Sciences and by the National Federation of Accounts Commissioners for the category Engineering Sciences. A special Jacques and Françoise Douce Prize of 15,000 Euros will also be awarded by the Douce family jury to one of the 30 laureates.
