The main target of this Symposium is to increase the exchange of experiences between people participating in the process of Technology Transfers at different levels: national, regional and international. Special attention will be given to the South/South Technology Transfers.

About the scientific Programe:,The final version of the program will be ready on 30 august 2004. It includes lecturers working in the main ministries and institutions related to the theme of the event. This will include the ministry of science technology and environment and the ministry for external cooperation.,
