NEW INTERNATIONAL TRAINING COURSE: Management of Project Risks
The aim of this course is to provide the necessary knowledge and skills of risk management in order to achieve the project goals as efficiently as possible. Participants will have the opportunity to focus on their own projects.
Topics of the course are,- Definition of risk management,- Project risks: Technology, schedule, cost, contract etc.,- Potential and actual risk identification,- Risk analysis: Impact, quantification of damage,- Risk classification: Low, medium, high,- Risk mitigation procedures,- Risk protection: Margins, insurances etc.,- Risk monitoring and control: Risk owner, risk status control, risk assessment, project results vs. risk,- Workshop sessions on project risks, performance risks, schedule risks, legal risks
The course is held in English and designed for all individuals involved in projects: managers, scientists, engineers, technical and administrative staff.
