Enterprise & Innovation Research Conference 2005, New Zealand

The University of Waikato Management School is hosting a major international conference focused on academic research in Enterprise and Innovation, in Hamilton, New Zealand, from 7-8 July 2005.

The conference theme is "Creating an Entrepreneurial Nation: The Role of Enterprise and Innovation." This broad theme is aimed at encouraging scholars from a wide range of fields to participate. Keynote speakers will include Sergio Arzeni, Head of OECD's Entrepreneurship Forum, Kevin Thompstone, CEO of Shannon Development and Professor Jay Barney, a Professor of Management and holder of the Bank One Chair for Excellence in Corporate Strategy at Ohio State University.
Papers are invited on any aspect of enterprise, innovation or entrepreneurship theory and practice. These may be theoretical, empirical or methodological research, either linked to the broad theme or offering insights in any of the research areas listed below. Interested scholars should submit their papers for review by 1 February 2005.
Expressions of interest in reviewing papers are also invited and should be made to email: enterprise2005@waikato.ac.nz.
