1st Didactical Exhibition of Photovoltaic Applications - Barcelona Conference 2005

EPIA and the National Committee of the 20th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition, would like to invite industrial designers, architects, engineers, manufacturing companies and professional designers, students or any other group related with the creative process and manufacture, to participate in the 1st Didactical Exhibition of Photovoltaic Applications.
Types of applications
Didactic/Informative/Illustrative Items,Reduced models,Audiovisual presentations,Any didactical material on PV
Objective
To present didactical pieces, by making use of elements relying on photovoltaic solar energy.
To familiarize the public with the concept of solar energy, its historical and future development so that the multiple possibilities and practical applications can be seen for the use and correct operation thereof.
Benefits
The projects of the finalists will be exhibited during the next European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition to be held in Barcelona between June 6th and 10th, 2005 in a dedicated area. Winners will receive an accreditive diploma and the best projects will be awarded a prize in cash. Full list of selected projects and winners will be published on the website.
Submission, selection and exhibition procedure
The preparation of the exhibition will be implemented in three phases:
Phase 1. Submission of projects
The participants must submit their projects by April 15th, 2005.,You can find the submission form attached.
Phase 2. Selection of projects
Projects will be chosen on April 20th, 2005, by the judging panel. The results of the selection will be sent to all participants before April 30th, 2005 and published on the http://www.epia.org(opens in new window) website.
Phase 3. Exhibition
Finalists will receive all necessary information to ship the material by May 4th, 2005 Full information on the project should be provided to the organisers. The cost of shipment will be supported by the organisation committee of the contest.
