QUALITYMEAT brokerage event

The event is organized by the QUALITYMEAT project, supported by the EC in FP6, FOOD priority. Consortium consists of 11 partners from 9 countries: AT, BG, CY, FR, HU, IT, PL, RO, SK. This SSA is focused on increasing New Member States and Candidates Countries participation in FOOD priority projects specificly in pork and poultry good quality meet producion (the whole food chain) Those countries participation is still not matching their research potential. ,12 project ideas and potential partners' research will be presented. During the meeting it will be "working tables" for tasks of 4th call relevant to the meeting. Project maintaining open databes for researchers from relevant areas and "partner search mechanism" to find a partners for projects. Database is filled by the project partners but applications from all countries are welcome. Brokerage event is a parallel session to the international conference "Health Safety, Quality and Price - the Basis for Pork Meat Exports " organized by one of project partners - the National Veterinary Research Institute in Pulawy, 7-8 June 2005.
This conference gathers also researchers from third countries (NIS) who are underlined in all relevant topics of the 4th call in FOOD, FP6. One session on the main conference, 7 June, will be the Information Day on FOOD, FP6, FP7 and project introduction.
