The following topics will be covered,- Special requirements of complex projects: Examples from R&D projects,- Definition of project goals,- Importance of feasibility studies,- Project life cycle of R&D projects,- Importance of project reviews,- Project management & coordination tools,- Project Management Office (PMO)
The course is designed for research managers and administrators, scientists, engineers, technical and administrative staff involved in projects. The aim is to provide the necessary knowledge and skills of risk management as required by project managers and project staff of complex projects.
