Information Day on the Fifth Framework Programme - Germany

An Information Day on the EU's upcoming Fifth RTD Framework Programme to be held on 1 July 1998 in Nuremberg, Germany. The event is organized by the Innovation Relay Centre for Southern Germany, Bayern Innovativ GmbH, in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce for Nuremberg, and DLR, of Cologne.

The aim of the event is to provide information for European industrialists and scientists on the new Programme. It will also aim to promote opportunities for cooperation between industrialists and scientists, in the form of transnational research and development projects.

The event will comprise presentations from representatives of the European institutions on the structure, budget and content of the Programme. Workshops will also be organized for target groups in the medical, pharmaceutical, automobile, energy and environmental industries, during which the criteria for successful EU R&D projects will be presented.
