Training Course “Leadership - Managing and Motivating Teams"
The attributes of a team that functions effectively are as follows

The training course is designed for research managers and administrators, team leaders, line managers, and all people who are responsible for staff or want to prepare themselves for jobs with responsibility for staff.

Date: 9–10 March 2006
Course fee: 845 EUR for EARMA members. The fee includes tuition, documentation, morning coffees, buffet lunches, afternoon teas and refreshment drinks. Non-EARMA members will be charged an additional EARMA Individual Membership fee of 150 EUR along with the course fee (total 995 EUR). The membership will be valid until the end of 2007.
