Organised in association with the Academy of Medical Sciences, the workshop will bring scientists and clinicians together to discuss:
*current clinical applications of stem cells
*issues involved in taking stem cell research to the clinic
Applications discussed include bone marrow transplantation, skin and corneal grafting, islet transplantation and gene therapy.
