Third Central European Congress on Food (CEFood 2006)
CEFood 2006 provides, therefore, an open international forum where academics and stakeholders from across Europe and around the world can propose knowledge-based solutions of topical problems by presenting and discussing recent research findings, developments and trends in the sustainable production, preservation and supply of healthy and high-quality foods and beverages. The congress gives scientists and practitioners an opportunity to meet colleagues and share ideas that may shape food research and engineering for years to come.
The programme of CEFood 2006 is structured around the following five main themes:
- Smart Technologies for Sustainable Food Production and Preservation
- Food Quality, Manufacturing and Preservation
- Continuous Traceability and Ubiquitous Food Chain Management
- Advances in Food Refrigeration and Cold Chain Logistics
