OECD to Speak at R&D and Innovation Conference

Dirk Pilat, Head of Science and Technology Policy Division in the Directorate for Science, Technology and Industry at the OECD, will explore the current barriers towards greater collaboration and cooperation between science and industry, the enabling of greater experimentation for new firms and the wider governance of innovation systems.
