Information Day on EU support for Transport, Poland
Researchers and entrepreneurs from New Member States and Candidate Countries dealing with transport and environment sector will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the European Commission actions in this field as well as to establish new cooperation contacts with foreign research institutions and firms with a view to successfully apply for the European funds for research and technological development.
Help in proposal writing will be given to those institutions which after taking advantage of the Information Day, workshops will decide to participate in the 7. Framework Programme. Potential partners will receive support to find partners or running projects to join in.
This Information Day is an integral part of the TranSMEs European initiative, whose aim is to help partners from New Member States and Candidate Countries to participate in the Framework Programmes, especially in forthcoming FP7, which will begin in 2007.
Representatives of Polish National Contact Point will deal with the next 7. Framework Programme, future call rules, especially in actions for SMEs in transport sector. Moreover, different kind of projects available for SMEs will be described. Possibilities of partner searching and statistics of Polish participation in FP6 transport projects, will be presented by consultant of Polish National Contact Point.
