Piedmont, Stuttgart and Ile de France sign an agreement to develop the aerospace sector

Turin Chamber of Commerce, Paris Chamber of Commerce and Stuttgart Region meet to sing a Memorandum of Understanding and to define a joint Work Programme for 2007.

The general aim is to strength SMEs in Aeronautics and Space sector, offering them new opportunities to cooperate, in the EU programmes and in international activities.

Mr. Alessandro Barberis, President of the Turin Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Pierre Simon, President of the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Mr. Bernd Steinacher, President of the Stuttgart Region will introduce a presentation of the Turin’s District and of the Ile de France and Stuttgart clusters: state of the art, players and expected evolutions.

DG Research will then show the most relevant novelties on Aeronautics in FP7 and the European GNSS Supervisory Authority will introduce the evolution of Galileo in the coming future.
