A millennium conference on antennae and propagation will be held in Davos, Switzerland, from 9 to 14 April 2000. The event is being organised by the European Convention of National Societies of Electrical Engineers (EUREL), and the objectives of the conference include marking the start of the new millennium in Europe through an international technical event on antennae, propagation and associated disciplines. It also aims to stimulate exchanges between students, professors, engineers and service providers, and to promote a more united electromagnetic community.

The conference organisers are currently seeking the submission of papers for presentation during the conference. Topics include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Radiating elements and associated circuits;
- Adaptive and signal processing antennas;
- Measurements and instrumentation;
- Integration, coupling and interaction;
- Propagation factors for personal and mobile communications;
- Radio and radar meteorology;
- Underground and subsurface propagation.
