Seminar on Interoperability

On 15-16 January 2007, ATHENA project organises a two days Seminar on Interoperability in Bilbao (Spain). The different training courses will be delivered by European experts in the field of interoperability, allowing people to be in touch with a respected panel of internationally recognized experts on several interoperability areas.

Training programme was developed in the course of the ATHENA project, sponsored by the
European Commission. Research results have been transformed into appropriate training
courses, allowing the people that enrol the courses to be in the state-of-the-art, and in a
position to apply the gained knowledge in the improvement of existing and problematic
solutions.

Participants will get insight into the technologies that are relevant in the field of
Interoperability. These technologies will help enterprises to improve their relation with their
business partners, reducing time, efforts and monetary investments.

The training courses target anybody from any kind of enterprise or academic institution that is
concerned with the interoperability issues that affect today’s business. The main subjects of
the courses were chosen with the aim of enhancing the knowledge and skills profiles of
participants in areas identified of major relevance.
