Financial Management in EU Projects

Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe's training centre (FTU) offers a training course on 'Financial Management in EU Projects' in cooperation with EARMA, the European Association of Research Managers and Administrators. The event will take place in Brussels, Belgium, on 29-30 March 2007.

The financial guidelines for EU-funded research projects in FP6 are supported by audit guidelines, reporting guidelines and much more. Amendments have been made for FP7. They cover everything from eligible costs to interest earned on advance payments, from payment terms to penalties, from subcontracting to social costs.

The workshop is essential for finance and administration staff involved in EU research projects, whether as a coordinator or partner. It is also suitable for project managers and professional advisors working on these projects.
