Course on The Fundamentals of International Project Managment
The course is based on the long-term international experience of the trainer, Prof Dr Madauss. He delivers the theoretical background, management tools as well as specific skills, and tells you how to cope with changes or problems that may occur once a project has started. All course topics are illustrated with successful international projects.
The course provides the knowledge and tools project managers and project staff need to know in order to run their projects efficiently. Participants will have the opportunity to focus on their own projects.

• International Project Management Office (PMO)
• Project Life Cycle and Management Decisions
• Project Management & Control
• Workshop Sessions
The course is designed for research managers, administrators, scientists and engineers in charge of projects in research institutions, universities, public organisations, and private industry companies.
