Conference on Corporate R&D: announcement & Call for Abstracts

Evidence suggests that there is a need to develop a more accurate understanding of the role and the dynamics of R&D for companies' performance and economic growth. A better understanding of this matter is fundamental for sound, evidence-based support to policy making. This Conference, by bringing together leading research practitioners and policy analysts, seeks to take stock of current understanding, explore new developments in the field, and provide an integrated picture accordingly.
The main objectives of the Conference are:
- To provide a platform for discussing corporate R&D;
- To bring the community of researchers and policy analysts together, sharing their specific knowledge on the subject;
- To outline emerging issues for further investigation.
The deadline for submission of extended abstracts is the 20th May 2007.
