Inviting innovation through dialogue, Dresden
The World Café is a dialogue process which is revolutionizing the way organizations do business. By providing a forum for the effective participation of large groups of individuals, the World Café helps companies and other organizations provide a new outlet for the energy and creativity of their employees.
From May 3rd to May 5th, the first World Café European Gathering is taking place in Dresden. Participants from all over the world will meet to explore the question: What are the appropriate conditions which allow innovation to emerge at the level of the individual, team and organization?
In addition, nine World Cafés will be offered in conjunction with local Dresden partners from a variety of institutions on the first day of the Gathering. Questions that matter to the purpose of these organizations will be discussed using the World Café process.
Finally, ten different workshops on aspects of the World Café will be offered on the afternoon of the Gathering’s third day. These workshops will provide both newcomers and experienced World Café practitioners the opportunity to explore the principles of the World Café and learn from one another through conversations.

The price for the registration is For-Profit € 495, Non-Profit € 395 and Student € 195 plus 19% VAT. This includes all registration materials, coffee breaks and lunch during the duration of the Gathering.
