2nd Edition of the International Seminar "ECOMINING - Europe in 21st Century"

The event is organized as one of the main activity of project “ECOMINING platform accomplishment for Romanian research and innovative potential promotion and affiliation to the European platforms - ECOMINING” financed by the National Authority for Scientific Research – Ministry of Education and Research (Romania), having the R&D Institute for Metals and Radioactive Resources Bucharest as coordinator.
This scientific event is focused not only on the presentation of the actual aspects concerning mining activity faces, but also the newest technological achievements in the field in Europe and in the world. Under the scientific seminar framework the specialty lectures will be held and a poster exhibition will be organized. The scientific event from Sovata is the best opportunity for the first meeting of the founder members, in order to define the ECOMINING Platform statute and structure. Only after this reunion, the platform can become operative following the strategy of development, visibility increasing and the member’s number rising – specialists and organizations.
