ESTOOLS Public Symposium

ESTOOLS, an FP6 Integrated Project, is organising a Public Symposium called "Understanding the Biology of Human Embryonic Stem Cells" on 1 June 2007 in Brno, Czech Republic.

The consortium ESTOOLS will outline scientific progress and future advances in human embryonic stem cell research. A unique opportunity to hear pioneering scientists from consortium partners and their advisory panel, and to talk with researchers from the 20 partners.

In its first annual meeting, the ESTOOLS consortium opens its doors to the public on Friday 1st of June. Venue: Hotel International, Brno, Czech Republic.

The ESTOOLS symposium speakers will outline existing scientific progress and discuss future advances in the field of human embryonic stem cell research.

The symposium offers a unique opportunity to attend lectures given by pioneering scientists, selected both from ESTOOLS consortium partners and leading scientists from the ESTOOLS science advisory panel. See the Programme. Researchers from the 20 ESTOOLS partners will also be attending and available for informal discussions during coffee and lunch breaks. The Media will have an opportunity to meet speakers and scientists from ESTOOLS during the informal discussions from 18.30.

The number of places is limited, we therefore advise you to register as soon as possible. Your registration will be confirmed by email.

No attendance fee shall be charged. Lunch and refreshments are also available free of charge.

Registered members will be welcome to join the ESTOOLS scientists for the evening meal in the Lucullus restaurant in the Hotel International.
