Understanding telecommunications tariffs

An international conference on cost allocation in telecommunications networks will be held in London, United Kingdom, on 7 and 8 December 1998. The aim of the event is to discuss issues related to understanding and dealing with cost principles, allocation and the provision of cost-based tariffs in telecommunications networks.
