France
TOPIM winter school will take place on 4th to 8th February 2008 in les Houches, a beautiful village close to the Mont-Blanc in the French Alps, at the renowned School for Physics chalet.
The format is a small-medium scale (70 attendees) one-week workshop sponsored by the European Society for Molecular Imaging (ESMI) and the European Networks of Excellence in Molecular Imaging: EMIL (European molecular Imaging Laboratories) and DiMI (Diagnostic Molecular Imaging).

TOPIM is a new annual event, aiming at covering a different red-hot aspect of research in Molecular Imaging every year.

In 2008, TOPIM will discuss "Imaging of nano objects", a very hot topic if any, prone to attract interest from both Academia and the Industry.
