Advanced antenna measurement techniques

The European Space Agency, in cooperation with the Antenna Measurements Techniques Association, will hold the 22nd Antenna Workshop in Noordwijk, The Netherlands, from 10 to 12 May 1999. The theme for the workshop will be advanced antenna measurement techniques, new facilities and error connection techniques, focusing on pulsed and active antennae and millimetre and sub-millimetre wave antennae.

The conference organisers are currently seeking the submission of papers for presentation during the conference. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Measurement facilities and instrumentation;
- Near field theory and practice;
- Compact ranges;
- RCS measurements;
- Near field diagnostics;
- Millimetre wave antenna measurements;
- Active and pulsed array measurements;
- Error compensation techniques;
- Antenna range qualification;
- Antenna measurement standards;
- Future trends in antenna measurements.
