Training seminar: Opportunities and challenges for EU-Russian RTD cooperation

The RUSERA EXE consortium is pleased to announce a training workshop on "Opportunities and challenges for EU-RU RTD cooperation".
The workshop will be organised in Vienna, Austria, from 30th January to 1st February 2008.

The main aims of the workshop are
• to share experiences and good practise on EU-Russian RTD cooperation in FP6 (and other funding programmes).
• to improve the competence of FP7 multipliers incl. NCP’s in Europe and Russia to support their researchers
• to disseminate the RUSERA EXE report on EU-Russian RTD cooperation
• to network researchers and other stakeholders active with EU-Russian cooperation
• to give advanced training on FP7

A variety of experienced European and Russian researchers and other stakeholders will provide valuable insight into cooperation experiences, successful scientific relationships, cultural behaviour patterns, challenging situations, current practical obstacles and some solutions found.
The RUSERA EXE consortium as organiser will present the outcomes of it's analysis on EU-Russian cooperation in FP6 (and other funding programmes).
Please note in particular the presentation of the new Russian RTD funding programme which comprises a section open for European participants.
Those who are interested in FP7, are invited to attend on 30th January 2008 the advanced FP7-training targeting in particular at Russian participants in the Framework Programme.

Target groups are
-all types of FP7-multipiers incl. NCP’s in Europe and Russia,
-coordinators and partners in FP6/FP7projects cooperating with Russian teams,
-Russian and European researchers and research stakeholders wishing to share experiences or to gain insight into EU-RU cooperation.

Costs:
There are no fees to the training.
