Over 3-5 days, a group of visiting specialists/programme leaders in the field of knowledge-intensive entrepreneurship meets with counterparts in the selected regions and learns about their practices and the key ingredients of their success. The inaugural TII Innovation Tour is being organised to Israel from 9 to 13 March 2008. Renowned for its impressive level of academic spin-off creation and its flourishing business angel and venture fund activity, the country's universities and research centres offer numerous models and examples of good pratice that can inspire European spin-off practitioners to attain higher levels of performance.
The TII Innovation Tour is open to all professionals involved in developing and implementing the academic entrepreneurship and spin-off support process in universities, research centres, science parks, incubators, innovation centres and regional/national administrations.
