The 4th ESA International conference on Spacecraft Guidance, Navigation, and Control Systems, will be held in Noordwijk, The Netherlands, on October 18-21 1999. It will cover all topics of relevance to space vehicle Attitude and Orbit Control Systems (AOCs), and is intended to provide manufacturers with an opportunity to demonstrate hardware components and software products.
