Sustainable Farm Animal Breeding and Reproduction Technology Platform Meeting: “Turkey Discussion”, Ankara

The meeting is one of a series of ‘country discussions’ as part of the development of FABRE TP Strategic Research Agenda (SRA). The aim of the discussions is to establish a local view of the major directions, priorities and barriers in farm animal reproduction and selection research in all domesticated animal species (including companion animals) for the short (5 years), medium (15 years) and long term (25 years).

The participants from industry, academia and other parties are invited to give their opinion on the activities of the technology platform FABRE TP, the role envisaged for the “SRA” in the European Framework Programmes in general, and the Turkish priorities for European, regional and national financing of research and knowledge transfer in animal breeding and reproduction
