European Photonics clusters meeting

As part of Photonics Europe (7-11 April 2008), on 10th April, Rhenaphotonics Alsace and the Photonics Unit (EC) are organising a meeting of the photonics clusters across Europe. The purpose of the meeting is to introduce the various players, learn about ongoing research activities and funding opportunities, exchange best practices, present the Photonics21 technology platform, and address any other issues which are of interest to the clusters. A workshop will also be held to explore the needs of the clusters' members for technical support and access to advanced research facilities, so that these can be better addressed in future national and European research programmes (http://www.rhenaphotonics.fr/epcm.php(opens in new window))
