For any European organisation involved in international cooperation projects and for any development organisation located in third countries wishing to build projects with European funds: method and good practices to follow in applying for and managing European funds
The participation does not require any specific skills but is addressed to everyone in an organisation or service who is aimed at being actively involved in the development and implementation of new European projects.
Why this training course ?
Every year, the European Union provides over 7 billion euro in external assistance to more than 150 countries and territories.

Subjects covered :
To understand the functioning of new EU external aid programmes for 2007-2013, to understand how to fill in the logical framework matrix and the application file.

Objective :
External cooperation funding programmes for the ACP countries (European Development Fund - EDF), the Mediterranean countries, the New Independant States, Russia and Southern Caucasus (European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument - ENPI), the potential and official candidate countries (Instrument for Pre Accession - IPA), Asia, Latin America, Middle East (Development Cooperation instrument - DCI) and the thematic programmes (Democracy and human rights, Food security, etc.)Venue : Paris, France
